Finally.. after 21 years, I've finally arrived at the capital of Malaysia, aka Kuala Lumpur. Its realli quite similar to Johor, with pple of the same colour around, and shops selling stuffs that we always see in Johor. But contrary to what I thought initially, the things there arent cheap. A meal for ard 11 of us at the Long Ji Restaurant caused a whopping $200 SG, which accounts to $100 per table, and which I figured will only cause ard $50 if we eat in Sg.. Yes i'm not exagerating. Times Square was huge.. 13 level for the shopping mall, surrounded by 2 towers of hotel which stretches from 14 to 32th level. I think its probably the nicest thing in KL. We could see the twin towers from our hotel rooms, but never got to the place itself, or even to touch it. I thought of bringing my 2 cousins there on the morning of the last day, but the nite b4, i looked at the building from my hotel room, and i think its too far to reach by foot. Its probably ard 8km by foot to there? Which i don tink my cousins will want too even if i want.
Highlight of the trip was my uncle's wedding. It was at some club house, n with both groom and bride vegetarians, we were treated to a vegetarian buffet!.. it mite sounds weird n boring, but the food was rily pretty good. N i'm so happy to see my uncle gets married le.. after so many years~.. n the wife is quite nice to tok to too.. as in there wun be communication problems between all of us.. so I'm a contented boi!..
VM is over le, KL is over le, next up is the universe bbq this thurs, followed by sentosa photoshoot on 31th march..
along the trip to KL, I thought of the past.. the past was sweet.. wonder whether it mite have been different if i had controlled myself abit more.
mm.. anyway.. so nice to be able to chat with u today.. hope to noe u better over days.. =)
